1. what are remedies provided to the complainant without filing a protest petition?
2. In a case of protest petition, the Magistrate on ordering cognizance, still the police (investigating officer) files the same charge sheet, denying false investigation on his part, in such situation what can a complainant do? which clause may be used by the Magistrate to dig for the truth?

1. How you are concerned with the complaint/trail?
2. What is the stage of trial? If the accused is charged, complainant can move for framing of additional charge on the basis of contents of complaint.
3. If prosecution evidence has commenced move application u/s 319 Cr PC.
