Marriage with same divorcee girl

Kindly guide me about marriage process with same divorcee women. My brother divorced 6 yrs before.can he marry with same women? They both are not married with any other person since divorced.they have kid (girl aged 9 yes).what is the legal process to be taken?

They can. However, the personal law of Sunni Muslims do not authorise such marriage unless the woman is once again married to another person and subsequently divorced.

If the divorce degree is from court, he can proceed to marry.

There is no legal restraint to marry the same divorcee girl in Hindu religion.
Among Muslims there is ritualistic restraint.
