Sir

When a deceased legal hire claiming compensation under WC ,
whether we require to give gratutity?? if it is so under what clause and act.

It is your academic problem in the absence of discussion on some real problem.

Even otherwise, you being a GM Admn & A/cs, for your official problem, if any, you could have taken advice of the company secretary or the legal department of your organisation.

However, for your general information, different acts (gratuity or WC) have their individual implications, nor debarring any claim under the provision of any other act.
