Your counsel may opine that your father can not evict you from your Mother's property and you have a share in it and that you can demand maintenance.
P. Venu (Expert) 11 May 2016
You can demand maintenance and residence from your father if you are unmarried.

You have right in mother's property and also, in father's property, left intestate, after his lifetime.

Why to repeat?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 11 May 2016
You have share in the property in the name of your mother. Try to have amicable settlement with your sister. If unmarried, you can seek maintenance from your father.
