my cash credit account is due for renewal but bankers not renewed in time and branded my account as npa and processing charges is debited.
my question is .
1.they debited with processing charges to my account and same day reversing the interest as npa

What is the reason?
Without there being successive default in making payment of borrowed money your a/c can not be declared NPA.
Need to see all papers.

If you have not serviced the interest applied in the account, account can be identified as NPA. Go through RBI guidelines.
Renewal / review also needed in NPA account if Bank has such procedure.

Transact in writing with bank and obtain a written reply.
Preferably consult an able counsel specializing in such/banking/consumer matters.
