Defamatory allegations filed without proof

I am not able to locate the string by which I had made a query on the subject matter. Sorry for the same.
Now I have seen a copy of FIR which also contains more wild and unsubstantiated allegations. Can false FIR be a ground to file criminal case based on subject matter, please.

charge sheet is yet to be filed. I am just trying to get advance knowledge views. One Dr. Rao's case is there, according to which only when the FIR / case is dismissed, counter FIR & Defamation comes into play.

Mr. Sudhir Kumar, as I earlier said, collective wisdom and discussion leads/ tries one to reach perfection.
Earlier I had benefited from the forum discussions in areas where I am in dark. I am indeed grateful.
My posting with regard to Dr. Rao was located after the postings. Mr. Goyal you will kindly appreciate that there is no question of any examination of contributors, rather to analyse any possibilities the experts could throw light. I am not perfect, so opinion of experts is very valuable indeed.
