i am working in psu bank as astt. manager suspend dt 08-12-2016 vide latter deliverd by hand
after 30 jan 2017 i and c department issue latter for irregularity and reply with 3 days , i am reply just till not issue charge sheet after 90 days

please give me advice now i am were

Submit your appeal to the departmental appellate authority against irregular pre-dated suspension.
