Its maintainable state against petitioner in state criminal case

(Querist) 08 March 2017 This query is : Resolved
Most respected LCI member,

I have filed 498a appeal case against acquittal my husband and its relatives in session court.

In appeal case proceedings our advocate, drafted App means state is as respondents with other respondent. So i have one curiosity is it Right Or wrong.

Because i have read many time state have to take responsibility of every crime against innocent peoples for that reason state is at all times with petitioner in all scenario.

Pls enlighten me on this topic.
or It will be likely to cause harm in future ??

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. Yogen Kakade it is the procedural requirement to implead "State" in a criminal appeal.

If you have lost faith in your lawyer change him immediately.

However, it is an academic query, which should have been resolved by your tutor.
