Hi iam sell my daughter Property in Chennai she is in U.S. i live in tiruchy should i register my POA if yes should i do it in tiruchy or chennai. I have address proof in tiruchy only kindly help me.

If the property is in the name of your daughter, then she has to execute POA and not you.

is your daughter is residing in US.. tell her to prepare the power of attorney in your name and get it registered with the Indian embassy in US.

She should execute POA in your favor in USA get it signed by authorized official in Indian embassy and you should get the document adjudicated from registrar office in India at your place.

Well advised by experts Mr. Yogen Kakade and Mr. Rajendra K Goyal, I agree, your daughter is required to execute general power of attorney in your favour and get it notarised or attested by Indian Embassy in US, which shall be countersigned by the SDM of Trichy.
