Sir I m working in BEST as a permanent employee in year 2016 best dismissed me in a case after hearing departmental enquiry But sir I m not guilty Also a criminal case also filed against me section 381 What can I do now Pls provide some information

Two cases are quite separate from each other.
in departmental inquiry submit appeal to the appellate authority against the award of penalty of dismissal by the disciplinary authority.
In a court case u/s 381, fight the case on merits of the case by hiring services of some most capable lawyer.
