Appearance of Appealants in the High court in second Appeal

(Querist) 08 June 2017 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts...
We have to file a second Appeal in the High court...We were in total 7 Appealants before trail Court...But now 15 years has been passed to get the Decree of First Appeal and we lost that case before District court...Now we have to file Second Appeal in High Court..But only 2 Appealants are alive now ..One is above 85 yrs of age and is not able to sign or understand anything...Can only one of the Appealants can file Second Appeal before high court or the second diseased Appealant is also necessary to file Second Appeal..

1. What is the case where trail court was sitting on first appeal?

2. Can first appellate court (District court) pass decree, as stated by you?

3. Does the deceased 5 appellants (out of 7) have any legal representatives?

4. How does the age of appellant (one of the two alive is stated to be 85 years) affect the case?

5. What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer contesting your case in trail and/or appellate court for the last 15 years?

Prima facie it is an academic question for debate, which should have be thrown before your tutor.
