Dear friend, You being Australian and domiciled in Australia and not in India are not even bound by the Hindu Marriage Act,1955, as this Act is not applicable to you, ( Sondur Gopal v Sondur Rajini case decided by Supreme Court in 2013) leave aside whether you even had a valid Hindu Marriage Ceremony at Dera Sacha Sauda, this place already closed down, its chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh sent to jail on the charges of Rape and all the illegal actives held at Dera being investigated by CBI and local Police authorities.
The Dera was involved in all sort of illegal marriages which were not even valid and if there was no valid Hindu marriage where is the question of its dissolution by decree of divorce from any court in India.
How you being befooled by this woman along with her corrupt lawyers in India just to extract huge sum of money from you, hope you have not shelled out the complete Rs20 Lakhs been demanded from you.
What you should do need to be discussed in details before guiding you correctly. You may contact me for that as I'm a professional lawyers of 34 years experience dealing all such matrimonial/divorce cases in India. vijaymahajan5758@gmail.com
