mentally disorder person property's roght

Dear all. i want to know the right of a mentally disorderd person to his fathers property's. If he get his fathers property anyway then if he dies without marring any girl who will get his property.,if he have 2or 3 brothers also. plz reply.

mental disorder is not disqualification to property. The only difference is that he needs a legal guardian who will look after property on his behalf till he dies and thereafter his successors are direct owners.
