No parking for shop owners

is there any by law by which members residing in co op housing society can prohibit parking of vehiles owned by members owning shops /commercial establishments in that society ?

Society has right to allot parking space in the society premises. Society also has right to prohibit the parking which is not allotted.

Parking space comes under common space. So whether they are shop owners or commercial establishment owners once they pay maintenance charges they are equally entitled to parking space along with others by the cooperative Society.MOFA also speaks about the same. Oncepsarking space is available it should be provided to one and all who pay maintenance charges.
