WHAT IS THE type of property B1 in which the property can be trnsfered but in case of transfer by sale you have to take permission from collector and pay Nazrana on percentage basis on market value

Such properties are generally banned for sale and can be sold only by obtaining permission of collector.

Now your problem is that so-called najrana is charged. This is illegal practice and you can take legal recourse against the erring person but beware that you should come with truth and with clean hands.

B types of properties in Maharastra are the govt. alloted land. their transfer is restricted u have to pay nazrana 50% of govt. valuation for each transaction. for details u may contact 9422773303
