We have purchased the land where we have transformers.
please tell whether passing of overhead electricity line over some one else's land comes under the infringement of some law.

do we have to right to way over this.

whether the electricity lines were passing over your land or the dept is proposing such action?

if it was already existing no scope. otherwise there is no scope by making a representation to authorities,provided that is the only land you possess.

If you have purchased the land where transformers are located and overhead power lines are running, you cannot construct any building under such lines.

The line was previously passing thru our land , then we make an application to Board that we will divert your line and we diverted it, now the person over whose land the line is passing is aggrieved .. are we wrong.. we have not taken any no objection certificate from him.
