Non mentioning sy of land is in a combined layout

I want to know that in one sy no I purchased a plot but for my sy No there is no Independent layout but the Sy is shown in a layout which is caombined layout some plots in my sy it was mentoned that the sy no is falling in a combined layout what remedy is avialable.

It is the problem at the time of verification of title of the party Plot in LP - In a Lay Out there will be Several Survey Numbers and a Plot will be mentioned as in Sy nos;---1,2,3,4,5,----15 etc in LP No;- /2010 - but it is not mentioned in which Sy no;- the Plot is actually situated - for this we ahve to verify the entire Lay Out Sy nos;- title deeds and have to come to conclusion that the entire land is with clear title and then the plot is situated in said Sy no;s- and LP - The Vendors can furnish the Combined lay Out - All Sy nos- title Deeds report .
For this problem we have to insist the Vendors to mention the Actual Sy No;- in which the Plot is located , this Sy No;-can only be mentioned in the Sale deed with reference to LP No;- - so that We will be reducing our volume of Verification of all the sy Nos;- , we can verify the Sale Deed mentioned Sy No;-title Deeds only

U have not stated where your land is situated. If it is part of a larger plot, U may apply for Mutation & have your plot separately numbered.
