Maintenance amount per month

If i am getting Rs.30000 per month from salary and in that case if i filed divorce then how much amount will be given my me to my wife as a maintenance per month. Plz tell max amount and other any settlement amount is there which will be given one time. Plz tell how can i save to give max amount per month as maint to my divorcee wife and how can i save my earning and property. I am in a pvt job. And case will run for how much time in court.

there is no set formula for this purpose....all facts and circumstances involved are considered prior to fixing maintenance amount....dont worry, substantial part of your salary will remain with you....litigation is always a time consuming process and practically quite different from what is being shown in Movies.

Yes there is no yardstick to say the maximum amount. What you could do is to mention the minimum of your salary.

if your wife files maintenance application, she can get upto 33% of your salary for get and children

How can i save my earning as max possible. And plz tell how can show my salary min by any metohd and can i get loan or other thing on credit. Can i take personal loan or home loan and one car loan also running than i can get min salary after deduction so much amount. Plz guide me so i can prepare for that.
