You can move the High court by a writ of mandamus.

Are we to ask you DAV School in which place? Did you write to them and if so what was the reply received by you? Why don't you post all the details at one go? Further more, is there any Pension Scheme available with DAV School? Unless you come out with full facts, answering your query will not be easy.
