How to file suit for recovery of money.
give me a proper provission under which act i can file the suit for recovery of money

It is lke any other civl suit for recovery of money. The court fees s to be paid on the amount of money claimed.

If your money is due on the employer than u can file a suit under the various act as payment of wages act & Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and if u want to file an civil suit the advice of mr.Barman is competent.
