Damages for expenses & mental agony and harrassment in false civil suit

Some persons filed a suit for declaration to nullify the sale deed and injunction against my property. The suit is dismissed under order 7 rule 11 CPC as barred by Limitation with cost. The court has awarded me a cost of bare Rs. 2920.00 whereas I have incurred expenses of more than Rs. 1,00,000.00. Can I claim damages for my expenses suffering mental agony, tension harassment. If yes, under which provison of Law

The word compensation means damages which compensate for loss or harm suffered whereas the damages are for compensate for loss or harm suffered by the plaintiff. A Compensation can be claimed in a civil suit to cover the cost of damage or hardship caused by the person. If a person suffers any damages or loss because of the act of the other person, any monetary claim is awarded that is known as compensation.
