hi sir.i am studying mbbs in russia.i want to send students from india to russia to study mbbs and act as a agent to get passports,visa,admissions in foreign universities.which permissions i need from indian and russsian governments to start educational consultancy?????

An MBBS cannot become an agent for immigration just remember and if you do the same then your degree will be forfeited and action will taken against you by the relevant authorities.

then can i start the educational consultancy on the name of my father..he is economist.if i want to act as a agent to get visa &admissions in foreign medical university,what is the procedure???how can i register it???
