I m member of co.op housing society ltd. The ground floor member make a illegal construction on the open space of the society road and common plot of society and distrub the parking area so how to start the procedure against them AND slove the problems of illegal construction as per co.op housing society ltd ACT. (GUJARAT)

Hello,
First u give a application about illegal construction destroy on the open space of the society made by ground floor member and if society has no not destroy illegal construction or not give notice for destroy illegal construction to ground floor member thenafter u give second notice with reference of first notice and it's second copy give registrar of societies and third notice give to your police station and u write that if any accident in society for that illegal construction the society committee is liable for that and it's committee responsibility.
