my (agricultural land)Property case was stand since 20 years.then strangers making fraud .hence on the basis of his fraud & false medical certificate & delay condo lance.he is no right for file suit in any court. i win these case from high court. then {I am legal owner of my agricultural property.means properties SAT-BARA document is on my name.but possession of property is strangers hands. strangers making fraud in my property. i am 70 years old & also medically unfit.
My question is-
1.whats the procedure for getting possession of my property.
2.can i file writpitition for getting possession of my property on the babsis of age & unfit health also

you can file writ petition for on the basis of age and unfit health.
