dear sir

in 2005, i was selected in MBA program but i had no money for doing that course . my neighbour give me money for study. and i write on Rs. 10 Stamp paper ( July 2005) that i am taking money in installment from her and on completing the education and gettiing job i will repay that money as per required interest. after writing that paper she promised me that she will never disclosed this matter to any one. but she had getting a signature of my mother as a guarantee. the total amount i have taken from her in 6 installment of Rs. 25000 within two years of duration. i have done MBA in 2007 and getting job but due to lower salary i pay her Rs. 1500 per month till date . in which only 4 months i have not pay installment. in march 2008 a company give me Rs. 150000 as a personal loan and i offered her to take this amount but she refused by say that she want her money with total interest. i request her to take it otherwise this will be spend on other works.but only for the interest she will nort ready to take. now she calls me on weekly basis and some times her daughter and grand son give warning to kill me . and i have no in condition to repay that amount in lumpsum basis. before two week she call me and invite me to her home and where she her husband , grand son and daughter fight with me and give warning me " that if i have not repay her money within a month with interest they come to my home and beat my mother and other family members. now i am frightened what shuld i do .???? please help me ????

Though you are civilly liable to repay the money but the creditors have no right to intimidate you.
In the present circumstances you can criminally prosecute them on the charges of criminal intimidation.

That lady cannot recover even a single penny from you legally as the loan has become time barred in the given circumstances though morally you should re-pay. If she or any associate of her misbehaves you or threatens then you can file a criminal case against all erring persons either in local police station or in criminal court by way of criminal complaint.

thanks for your supportive advice, i would like to repay that money as per my capability means in installment i can pay. thaat is why i request her everytime, when she called me. but from last two months she became angrily and in her home with her family members also tries to pressurised me by beating and warning.
tomorrow she called me again on phone and inviting me at her home for talking.

kindly suggest me i will go there or not ????
because now i am affraid very much. and for this matter i did not tell my family members.
please give your favourable advice.
