Yesterday my case against Airtel was not received by the District Consumer Forum, Chennai South, stating that there is a recent ruling that cases against Airtel should not be accepted and it has to be filed only in the civil court.

Dear Your Advocate,
All the complaints to the Nodal Officer and Appellate authority were not replied even after few months. Legal notice sent in May'2011. Even for this no reply.
My query is regarding the ruling in filing the case in consumer court.

Mr.Patnaik,
What is that recent prescription?
any link/url to that.
Please refer to TRAI directions that to appoint arbitrators only on court direction.
Also refer the 2009 SC judgement on 7B of the Telegraph Act, by this SC barred the consumer court to entertain cellular cases.
My query is, is there any recent development after 2009 SC judgement.
