sir
in mutual conset wife is decided to absent court hearing.
how mutual will cancel ? what is the normal procedure in court?
how many hearings will give judge if wife absent? how much normal time?
how to proceed separately in court for divorce by filing single side divorce after canceling of mutual?

The court would wait fro 18 months from the date of filing.
You could file a case for divorce u/s 13 of HMA if the mutual divorce fails.
