I NEED HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE-MUMBAI- ORDER DATED 12-10-2001 ON STAMP DUTY,that sub-registrars to accept documents with deficit stamp duty, till clearance on market value.

sir, i could not find it on indian kanoon,faii.
it is regarding acceptnce of documents short stamped (not full stamp duty or with deficit stamp duty as per market value)presented for registration.can the registrar refuse or shall he accept and keep regn pending

It is as per the policy of the state,wherein in Gujarat formally it was kept pending for want of stamp due.

However now since 2004-05 it is on full payment as per the ward valuation decided by the Govt..
