Bonafied case for commercial property

SIR WE HAVE PROPERTY SINCE 35 YEARS ITS COMMERCIAL SHOP AND WE HAVE NO OTHER MEANS TO SURVIVE,WE HAVE LEASE FOR 99 YEARS SIGNED BETWEEN OUR GRAND FATHER AND LANDLORD FATHER .AND WE ARE ALSO PAYING SOME RENT AS MENTION IN THE AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES .NOW OUR LANDLORD SON WANT US TO VACANT THAT SHOP HE PUT A CASE OF BONAFIED ON US.HE SHOW THAT HE IS UNEMPLOYED HOWEVER HE IS WORKING AS ASST PROFESSOR AND WE HAVE SOME PROOFS IN FORM OF PHOTOGRAPH AND WE TAKE A PRINTOUT FROM THAT UNIVERSITY SITE WITH HIS DETAILS THAT HE IS WORKING THERE AND HIS APPROX SALARY IS 60,000-70,000 PER MONTH .SECONDLY HE SAID THAT HE HAVE NO MONEY FOR HIS DAUGHETR FOR HER MARRIGE .BUT SHE GOT MARRIED ON 30 OCTOBER THIS YEAR .HE SHOW HIS LAST JOB WHICH WAS ON CONTRACT BASIS WITH GOVY MINI TOOL ROOM AS PRINCIPAL IN IT AND HE WORKED WITH THIS FOR FIVE YEARS ONLY HE DONT SHOW HIS PREVIOUS JOB RECORD .I WOULD LIKE TO ASK WE HAVE DEED WHICH IS UNREGISTERED SIGNED IN 1978 BETWWEN LANDLORD AND TENENT AND THERE ARE SIGNAUTRE FOR TWO WITNESS AND ONE IS STILL ALIVE ONE IS DEAD .PLEASE HELP ME I VERY TENSE WE WILL WON THIS CASE ORNOT SONIA

registartion of lease deed is compulsory . if deed not properly stamped and registered in admissible in evidence .

has the lessor admitted giving said property to you on lease for 99 years . ?

how do you pay annual lease rent ?

do you have receipts for the same?

This case would not succeed on the ground of bona fide need.

If son of landlord admits existence of lease for 99 years to which he wants rescind on his bonafide need or for money then his case shall not succeed and its benefit shall go in your favour.

yes we have proof that he is currently employed and we are submitting rent in court and about lease there are two witness out of which one is still alive my grandfather was not educated so i think he was not aware about the registration however we gave three lakhs 50 thousand as lease amount and we are giving rent as well which is rs 500 every month .and deed was signed in 1978

and we have aprintout that we got from the University website along with his photograph that he is working as assistant professor .and we have video as well and photographs we get these things with help of detective agency .Our landlord try to give wrong information t the court as he said his son is not well settel,he himself is unemployed while he is earning 60,000 per month and his son current package id 7 lakh per anumm
and when do this case on us his son package was 6 lakh we also have prrof for this in papers we got some papers from his company ,and he said that he dont have money for his daughter for her marrige ,now she got married 0n 30th october2011 and his daughter is engineer and his third son is buisnessman and he recetly got fd of 1 crore 5o lakhs and we also have papers for this .

IS THERE ANYWAY THAT BY JUDGE APPROACH HE WIN THIS CASE OR WE HAVE PROOFS IN OUR HAND IT WILL WORK SOME PEOPLE SAID THAT BY APPROACH OF JUDGE HE CAN WIN THIS CASE .IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR THIS
