Young Borther Cheated on Elder borther property share.
Since Elder borther got arranged married, young son and mother started to trouble Elder son and Wife for more money
Has already Elder son spend all this money for last 12 years with no help from his Young borther, now Young son and
Mother throw Elder son out of property and Revoke the WILL which was made in both son name, after selling property
Young son has made property in his name, Elder son is wanting his part of share, what are the ways for the same
My mother property sold and new property was brought in my young borthers name.
Now in this case what should Elder son do. Is no law made in this world where all my effects of taking care of
my mother and young brother for last 12 Years is paid back.

A will can be revoked by testator at any time
during life,hence your mother had right in law to revoke it.
As your mother was exclusive owner of property she had right to sale it any body.
Despite every thing stated by you law does not give you any claim or right to oppose your mothers action.

it is your mother wish whom she wants to give her property . if she wants younger son to have netire property you cant help it . i presume it is not ancestral property .

You have not disclosed how your mother got that property. If you disclose something about that only then something can be thought about you. Clearly saying, if sold property was self acquired of your mother then there is no chance for you but if it was ancestral then your rights cannot be snatched. So tel about source of the sold property as asked.

Respected Sir,
See what has happened to my mother YEAR 2013. My young brother throws my mother in beggar home and is staying with girl.
Now my mother is crying to bring her out. My young brother is enjoying his life.

Young Brother cheated on Elder brother and Mother was thrown in Beggar home.
It was year 2010 when Elder brother got arranged marriage with all due respect of both side families.
But due to Elder brother mother and daughter-in-law different’s both (Elder brother and wife) was thrown out of the house.
All this happen because of wrong influents of a neighbour friend of mother. Mother had a very old neighbour friend who she
Had trusted, but this neighbour could not see the happiness of this family who’s Elder son was married and living happy, so neighbour poisoned mother mind
To throw the Elder son and daughter-in-law out of the house year 2010 the same year of married both was thrown out of the house. No one supported the Elder son,
The Elder son took take of mother for more than 12 years after mother retirement, gave her all the comfort before marriage and after marriage, but in return what he got
Elder was thrown out of the house. Mother had made a “WILL” for the house she had owned that after her dead both sons will get 50% share each.
In year 2011 mother had to sell the house because young brother did not earn and was continues drinking and living was becoming difficult, Elder son was not informed
About this and the “WILL” which was made was revoked. Mother did a foolish thing here she brought a new house and put name of young brother. Has you know younger brother
Was a useless person never took care of mother and Elder brother in his entire life had taken good care of his Mother, in spited younger was a drunker, but because of mother foolishness younger brother got entire new house in his name.
Now after 2 years mother family called up Elder son who was thrown out of the house by mother, Elder son was shocked because when he was thrown out of the house no one of family came forward to help him and his wife. Family member informed Elder son your mother is thrown out by your younger brother into BEGGARS home and she is crying for your help she is repenting for her mistake and wants Elder son to get his rights and Mother life back.
Now Elder son require advise how to help his Mother to get her life back and even get back all Elder brother share what he losted. Important younger brother is a drunker he is mixed up with all wrong friends when the time comes can MURDER the Elder son, his wife and Mother. What legal steps can Elder son take to protect himself, his wife and mother, so younger son will not able to MURDER them? And how should Elder son put his younger brother in jail.
