Dear Laxman,
I provided the particulars for your further investigation, if you like. BUT I would like to ask you some pertinent questions:
1) Are you also so careless, like other three advocates who misinterpreted my particulars merely to defame me amongst the community and openly came earlier through this forum with the intention to harm my reputation?
2) What was your real intention behind asking a question about me in the open forum, like this?
3) Can't you find any difference between the meaning of "group" and "groupS" OR between the term "Group of Consultants" and "Group of Comapanies"?
4) Did you find anywhere in my profile where I would have used the word "groupS"? I have only ONE GROUP of consultants, NOT different groups or companies. ALSO I am known only by my personal identity and not even by the identity of my group.
5) Had the site belonged to me, what made you feel that only the lawyers of this site, instead of me, could provide you the information about me and my group (groups according to you)?
6) Had you the desire to have a franchise of Dhingana.com, you could have approached the administrator of the site. How could you feel that the lawyers of this forum would be able to help you to get a franchise of the site the the considered website?
I wish, with all your honesty, you may reply all of my above questions.

Dhingra G! You are respected Sr. member of this forum. It hardly matters who is trying to defame you. We are strongly with every person who is strongly committed to his ethics and values and comes directly with the questions instead of flattery. Some of experts are misusing this section just for flattery with the intension of increasing no. of their posts as well as for defaming some targeted experts.

I was surprised to read comment of a known expert last days mentioning that "Dhingra and his Chamcha might be engaged in thinking the reply of this query".
I am surprised how admin is sitting idle and tolerating such 'persons of high stature' in this site. All those should be debarred immediately who indulge in defaming other experts just for their own publicity.
Dhingra G! You do not care for those persons. I alone am sufficient to make then open before all.

jitna kuch aaap likh gayen usse lagata hai ki
maine aap ko anjane ma sahi magar bahoot taklif pahuchaya hai jisk liye mai aap se mafi chahta hu.
ma kewal iabf(inter appeared but failed)literate aur sab kuch angreji mere liye likh paana muskil hai is liye hindi me likh raha hoon.
mai yahan k kayede bhi nahi janta.pm kya hota hai ye ta janta hu par unko likhna padta hai ye nahi janta tha.
mai jo aap se puch baitha uska karan naam ki samanta hai aur kuch nahi.business aksar
dekhata aya tha usi k vajah se pucha.
ma ek naksha banane vala hoon magar bussiness ka bad sauk rakhta hu,na jane kyon.vaise usme abhi abhi ek tractor k business k gache se kisi tarah nikala hu.
magar dimag me phir se business ka kida chal raha hai usi ne mujse ye galti kara diya.
meri niyat aap ka dil dukhane ka nahi tha
umid hai aap maaf karenge.
mai aap hi se nahi yahan k har log se maffi chata hu.
vase ek mukdme ka bhi sikar hu,ek din apne vakil se rukka lay tha aur yeha typist se dalwaya tha magr afosh uspar itni rai nahi mili sirf do janab rai diye vo bhi tata style.

A lot of thanks for your moral support. Whosoever calls someone as chamcha should also know that he can also be considered by others as chamcha of those whose views he endorses.
Not only you and me, but also several other members would have observed what you have observed about some particular member resorting to uncalled for taunting remarks just out of his habit and envy with others, whereas being senior he is expected to maintain dignity of his position rather than exposing himself before several others through a public forum. The only thing is, such people actually think, as if others are foolish to understand what someone tries to communicate targetting whom and with what intention behind that.
I understand, most of the members must have noticed from my replies that I have never tried to mislead anyone, but I have been tried by some members to defame me without any reason or rhyme. I also know, my frank expression to call "a spade a spade" is not relished by some people.

I am also noticing some of the members are targeting at Mr.Dhingra.
These type of queries attacking a senior member shall be removed from the site, by the administrator.
For these types of queries Mr.Dhigra need not reply, but can bring it to the knowledge of the administrator, for necessary action.
