200 cr.p.c

My husband has raised Divorce and I have rasied RCR. Meanwhile i have given complaint about dowry in police station, but the process is not yet followed. My lawyer said we will raised 200 Cr.P.C for it. Is t right? Will it create any trouble for me and my family?

(In 20Cr.P.C he has included my husband, in-law, his relatives under mental torture & physicall torture for me. )

no it is not create any problem, 200 Cr.P.C. is court procedure only.

Yes no problem in 2000 crpc procedure.

But I always consider criminal proceedings initiated by section 156(30 crpc yield more desired results.

But make sure it was the true complaint otherwise you would be liable for perjury.
