Unable to publish post being offensive

A huge privately funded unapproved/unsanctioned Air Conditioned "BANQUET HALL have come up claimed to be constructed by KARSEVA. As per Garrison Engineer who is the custodian of all lands and buildings held with the MCEME has stated that its an encroachment and DEO is the auth to take action. DEO secunderabad says Defence A1 is under Local fmn Cdr in this case HQ Andhra SubArea who is the appointed Estate Officer.MCEME( Unit) & HQ ASA defended the construction stating it is private funded hence no sanction needed. Neither GE nor DEO is ready to initiate action to demolish such unauth construction."
A cut and paste job from my post in express news portal.The post was not admitted as it contains some offensive words.I am searching for those offensive words. Could you please help me which words were found to be offensive by the Indian Express.This assumes significance as the topic is in circulation after Sri Kapil Sibal expressed his view on Facebook recently.

Better ask directly from the Express News Portal, which words the portal administrator treated as offensive and on what ground.
