Regarding section 409 & 420 ipc

I have convicted in a case u/s 409 & 420. In the case CJM, Nahan sent me to imprisonment for 3 years & fined me Rs. 10000/- and after my appeal in Session court, Nahan H.P. he has dismissed my appeal and further I appealed in Hon'ble H.P. High Court. Is there any decision given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in which any accused under 409 & 420 acquitted?

Accused can be acquitted but it depends on the facts and evidence.

Each case has its own facts and circumstances. In some cases there are orders of acuittal by Supreme Court,while in some other, there are orders of up-holding of convictions.

In my case the then DDO i.e. Asst. Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Nahan H.P. well known to the case property. The case property was safe in the office chest. The applicant was made an application to release the money of his RD to AETC and ETC H.P. and on the time of complaint with Police dept. the money was handed over to police from office chest. I money in question i.e. Rs. 7000/- was not personnaly used by me. Sir if there are any orders of acuittal passed by Supreme Court please provide some of them to me. Sir because of this case I am not getting any promotion nor other benefit from the dept. due to that I am facing big financial loss. Please guide me about the case.

Can you suggest me that in any criminal case (420 & 409)can a character or confidential reports and good working after or before the case of accused are count for compensation in the case.

It is also requested that if applicant give in writing in my favour than can hon'ble court give me compensation in my case?
