Leave & licence aggrement in gujarat

Dear all experts

I want to give my house on a rent.The location is in Gujarat.I want to know that leave & licence agreement is legal agreement for Gujarat state?If I am going to give my house on a rent to company for guest house what is the best procedure for documenation?

Somebody told me that leave & Licience agreement is not applicable in gujarat state & not useful for legal battle?Is it correct?

Earlier I have given my house on a rent without any documentation & face very trouble.
At present I am in financial problem & must necessary to creat extra income source for loan payment.
Request to give best guidelne which can helpfull to me for regular income with protection of my property

Execute a registered lease agreement after paying requisite stamp duty.
You can ask the company to pay stamp duty and registratino charges or the same can be shared equally.

But as per my collected infomration in a gujarat state there is no registration/
stamp duty payment required under Article No.30A & only notarisation is sufficient.It is only required for lease procedure purpose( for more than one year).Is it correct or not?Request to give me guideline according to gujarat state laws.

Dear Prabhakar sir Thanks for solve my query regarding applicabiliy of leave and licnece aggreement in Gujarat.I request you to solve my one question.
Is notarisation of documents is sufficent? or we have to pay stamp duty and required registered documents in a registered office?I will be thankfull if you solve my little query.
