Tenancy right if structure has been demolished

Respected Sir's,

i am residing at bandra mumbai, one of our room in the chawl has been given to a tenant. the BMC has issued 351 notice and the said tenant structure was demolished by the corporation with legal process by issues notice under 488.

please let me know does the tenant has right to keep the possision of the land beneth the structure which has been completely demolished.

No. tenenat does not have any right to be in possession of land in in such circumstances.
