how to request somone to provide details in family court
i want to call travel agent to prove my father in law booked ticket even before girl started resided with my parents for couple of day. as per chargesheet and divorce petition, she was force and after multiple request send to home.

File a petition in the court to summon the concerned person.
If it is allowed then you have to send the summon by hand or by post to the said person for making deposition in the court.

Apply to allow Witness Summon,
Try deliver by hand, or by post, and travel agent can be examined.
He only have to prove genuineness of travel doc.

File application in court for summoning the required witness stating the details of said witness in ur application and if court allows ur application then you can summon the said witness on filing of Process Fee and Regd. Envelopes etc.in court.
