Power of attorney by one to himself? The purpose of POA is to transfer certain powers to another. How can one transfer the power to himself. You can pour water from one vessel to another, but not from one vessel to the same.
Nirmal (Querist) 07 June 2012
In the general power of attorney all the names of A , B , C, D, e are written and they give POA to B and D. one POA is made rather than making 2 POA
