WHILE APPLYING FOR WARRANT OF POSSESSION IN TENANT EVICTION CASE REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENT OF POLICE FORCE CAN BE MADE TO HELP EVICTIONOR BALLIF WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS ASPECT

It depends upon circumstance.
If there is any possibility of physical resistance then you can apply for Police help.

there is a procedure for it

u wont be provided with police help instantly

police help aspect is at the last stage or the third stage.

last SC said, it must be provided instantly but that ration is not being followed.

ur counsel will take care of the things.
