This query is : Resolved
Madam/Sir,
I ,Smt.Dipanwita Dasgupta, wife of Shri Subhamoy Dasgupta, who is working under Ministry of Defence. From very beginning of my marriage(i.e.2009),I have been observing that my husband has been remaining very depress due to some official matter though he has no fault in this regard. He has been deprived to get justice since 2005 .Presently; an inquiry has been going on for more than 3 months without any significant progress.
Madam/Sir, he has to go for attending the inquiry keep me alone every time at Govt Quarter in a remote area having no such good transport and medical facility though I am in very sick.Eventhough,I am not able to go for better treatment at my home town ,Kolkata because enquiry date has been fixed without intimating him well in advance, That’s why I am unable to plan my programme for my better treatment .
In view of above facts, my family life has been completely disturbed and broken-down. I am in very distress mentally and physically. What would be next course of action?

Dipanwitaji,
There is no legal element involved in your query. Its your husband's professional problem and it has to be dealt as per the rules and regulations of the Defence Ministry and also the gravity of the irregularities committed by your husband.I have great concern for the mental strain your are encountering, but you have to wait till the outcome of the enquiry.

Simply if husband is facing departmental proceeding this does not give a ground for divorce.
If your husband is facing proceddings thenlet him get expert advise based n actual appreciation of facts. You do not evne know if this is investigation or a proper inquiry.
