Hello Everybody!Please help me.My father has 6 brothers including him.Around 12 years ago
our ancestral property was divided into 2 equal parts.And each part is shared by three brothers.Also we have registry.Now my father and his brothers who own another half part want to sell their share of property but another 3 brothers who illegally occupy our much of our property, refuse to vacate it and also challenge us that court will not give judgement in our favour,if we file a case against them.So please help me in finding a solution of this problem.Thanks in advance.

If you are not in possession of the property, file a case for possession.

IF the title is very clear in your father name then how they come and encroached your property, First consult with the local lawyer and go thorough the paper and if you have pukka confident and title then file the case , if all genuine then the order will sure favor to you . all the best
