Hi, there is property in the name Of my late grandfather . he had a will in the favor of all his 5 sons(1 was my dad). now my dad and one of my uncle got expired and all my uncles have there kids as the property holder. now as per the law we should get 20% share in the property but they are offering us the money to leave the property which is much below and we dont even want to live in that house but if we move from there then the property with be occupied by them and we will never get nything out of that.is there any way so that our property will get sealed and everyone in the house have to leave and stay smwhere else untill equal division take place.

your uncles are offering you money for leaving the property . you have stated that they are offering you less thn market proice . you cna ussgest to your uncles to have the valuation of property done to determine fair price of your share .
if the suugestion is not acceptbable to your uncles then you have to contact a local lawyer for taking legal proceedings for claiming your share .
however the property cannot be sealed and all occupants cannot be forced to leave pending amicable settlement

can this problem be solved legally as i have heard that property dispute cases take years to settle down and sometimes no solution can be found.

yes it is always better to have an amicable family settlement . suit will take years to be disposed of
