Mothers property dispute

dear sir
i vijaykumar we sold our fathers property & divided between me & my 2 sisters after that i purchased a property in my mothers name & now my sisters are asking for a share which is in my mothers name which i purchased from my hardship i don't like to share the same but my mother is willing to give them the share bcoz its in her name.i had divided my fathers property to them with their signatures on the documents when we sold it now i am in a fix i am going to lose my hard earned property. please sir tell me what to do i will be very great full to u waiting for u r reply. thanking u your's faithfully vijaykumar

dear experts,
my mother has a bda site 30*40 registered by her name bought by my money which she is looking to sell it but i am against it. is there any rule in the law that i can save my property.

No Legal remedy.

One must plan / think before parting with their money or property.

Only your common friends and relative can help get justice morally.
Law is : Mother's property , she can give to whomever she liked. , irrespective of who helped her getting with whose money!!

Benami transaction abolition Act is already applicable in India vide which a person in whose name that property is shown, shall be regarded as its sole owner. Keeping in view this legal position, your mother is absolute owner of the property and she even may not provide you single penny out of sale of it. You can convince her only through social pressure.
