I HAVE ENGAGED A LAWYER TO FIGHT AN ENCROACHMENT CASE IN 2010 AND THERE IS W.P AND C.C PENDING IN THE HIGH COURT AND I HAVE ALREADY PAID HIM IN FULL.
MY LAWYER RECENTLY DIED IN USA.
THE C.C HAS COME UP FOR HEARING.
HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT THIS IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE.
THE JUNIOR LAWYER IS NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING THIS MATTER.
