DEAR EXPERT,
I WAS TENANT OF OLD CHAWL( CESSED BUILDING)WHICH WAS DEMOLISHED AND IS REDEVELOPED UNDER SECTION 33(7).
I HAVE REQUESTED THE DEVELOPER TO SHIFT THE KITCHEN PLATFORM ABOUT 2 FEET, HE HAS REFUSED SAYING IT DOES NOT FIT UNDER PLANS SUBMITED TO MUNCIPAL CORPORATION,AND HE WILL FIND DIFFICUITY IN GETTING COMPLECTION CERTIFICATE FROM THE CORPORATION.
KINDLY REQUEST FOR YOUR EXPERT ADVICE.
HOW I CAN ACCESS MUNCIPAL CORPORATION NORM FOR ABOVE SITUATION.

builder must have made an application to BMC for issue of commencement certifcate . he must have submitted building plans to BMC . ask the builder to furnish copies of plans sanctioned by BMC . if he refuses make an RTI application and obtain the plans
