dear sir
My self shalini i am living in chennai in own house, this is my grandfather property, but my grandfather is expired on 1995 now my grandmother and my father and own elder sister are alive, my aunty is married on 1991 after my grandfather expired my aunties staying with my father after that she constructed own house and now she is staying her own house, after that on 2001 she came to my home and she is taken half part place in my home that time she told iam in finace problem so please give me that place i will do some business after my problems solved i will vacate from here so father also allowed for that but after that she is changed my grandmother mind now my grand mother is my aunty controll after 2001 my grandmother and my aunties are enoying that property rent advance and everything but my father and my mother and myself we are not getting any thing even 1 rupee also till now if my father ask to my grandmother she will talk bad words and she will beet my father we are not { my father} he is unemployed, my father is beliving that house only now my home is very demaged within 6 months it will totlly fell down now she is {aunty) Asking for 50% share in this home and she is having politcal support if my father ask any question about rent and anything she is giving complaint to police station like my father is going to kill my grandfather like that and my aunties home is my grandmother home after my aunties marriage my grandmother and grandfather given that home to aunty but she is done some fraud work in that document, now if we ask about that property details she is telling that property she will get from her parents for cash and she is telling they are not giving for free like that they are sold for cash
sir we are in this situation pls help me we want that home what i want to do

ddi your garand father leave behind any will ? if it was his self acquired property on his death your grand mother your father and aunt have equal shares . better contact a local lawyer . your father is enttiled to part of rentals .
as afr as property standing in name of your grand mother is concerned he can bequeath the said house to your aunt if she so desires or give it equally to your father and aunt . it is her choice .
