Dear Sir,

I want to file defamation case and recovery of my pending salary dues against by previous employee at Pune. Can I know how much can a Advocate charges for his legal consultancy excluding court fees to be paid.Also pl suggest any good lawyer in Pune.Thanks

Yes, fees of advocates vary from one to another.
However you should feel free to negotiate the fees of an advocate ti remove any future dispute.
