both the lower courts delivered a concurrent judgement and dismissed the suit.appeaal was filed in hc u/s 100 cpc.here also appeal is rejected.
sir enlighten me to file appeal in sc and anything else u think proper.

Yes, file SLP in Supreme Court.
Since I have not seen the order I can not comment on the merit of the appeal.

you are wasting your time and money . you have already lost before trial court and high court . unless strongly advised by your lawyer dont file SLP

you have already lost thrice . if you had some merits in your case court would have decided in your favour . i have advised you not to waste your time and money in filing SLP in suprem court unless your lawyer feels you have a very strong case
