Notice u/s 139a

i hv received a notice U/S 13A(entering high value transactions widout quating PAN).how should i reply that notice bcoz i dont knw where i hv commited mistake.How i identify quating of PAN in property dealings.

in your property dealings you have to annex copy of your PAN card . you must not have done so . hence the notice

You should reply the notice claiming therein that non-attachment of PAN is not with malafide intention rather this was a mistake having no knowledge and accept all such transactions and be careful in future.
