Dear Sir,
I have signed a byana agreement for LIG flat and submitted the documents in DDA for freehold. I have purchased the same from Financer and finance has purchased from other person on GPA and registered the flat in Dec-2011. We have applied for Freehold in Mar-2012 and DDA also accepted the paper. Earlier DDA was said your file is misplaced so file was rebuilt and all dues are clear but now they are saying as per Supreme cour order we cant freehold this property till further Supremen court order. My qtn is We have submitted the documents in Mar and Delhi government stopped the GPA sale thru April circular. But as per supreme court order it is clearly mentioned if somebody already applied for Freehold then do not disturb and clear the title if the all documents are ok. But after 9 months DDA given me the letter. Pls. sugget now what I will do. because my 60% money already given to Financer and still I dont have the property rights. Pls. help . contact local lawyer. if DDA has in writing refused to consideryour application need to challenge said decision by filing writ

DDA cannot refuse the matters prior to the period of notification by State of Delhi so better to challenge the action in court.
